Magical Night
What fun we had tonight! Back before I had children I reveled in being a bit unconventional, and since having you guys I’ve walked a straighter path. No regrets, I see the wisdom in this course. But last night, after we dressed for bed, I stepped outside to the mailbox and glanced at the night sky. Clear and warm, winter in Colorado. Heaven. I really wanted to crack my suburban Mom world just a little, and with your help I did. We took a walk in our PJ’s and chatted about the night sky and the beauty around us. Before I had time to think about it, you guys took it a step beyond and we found ourselves ringing doorbells and saying goodnight to friends. YOU GUYS ROCK! Thanks for dancing the odd dance with me for a time. We walked our own path tonight, now it’s time for sleep- and tomorrow, will this feel like a dream?
